To renew your season subscription call the California Pops Office (650) 856-8432 to pick the best available seats. Renewal period starts now thru June 5th 2019.
New Season Ticket subscription (all 6 shows) sales start in Mid-June at (800) 595-4849 (4TIX). The Live Call Center representatives are available 24/7.

In Person
In Person at the San Mateo Performing Arts Center Box Office on the Pops Sunday show dates only. The Box office will open at 2pm.

Ticket Service Fees
1. Purchase Tickets Online (starting mid-June) (link https://californiapopsorchestra.tix.com). When you buy your tickets this way there is a small fee added onto each order.
The per-ticket fee of $1 per ticket & a $3 fee for the full order covering shipping and handling.
So whether you buy 2 or 200 tickets, shipping and handling fee is always just $3.00 per entire order + the $1 per ticket fee.

Using the "Print-at-Home" or Will Call option is $1 per online ticket with no additional fees. The print and mail option adds a shipping and handling fee of $3.00 per order

You save even more on Season Tickets because an entire set of 6 tickets for the season is treated as "one ticket" so there's only a $1.50 for each season set of 6 plus the $3 shipping & handling fee for the full order.

Example - Two Season tickets (6 shows per set)
- $1.50 per set = $3.00
- $3.00 shipping per order= $3.00
Total Online ticket fees = $6.00

2. Ticket Call Center Toll Free ph# (800) 595-4849 (4TIX) fee is $3.50 per ticket to speak to a live representative. Available 24 hours -7 days a week

Example on Two show tickets by phone.
= $3.50 per ticket + $3 shipping and handling on the full order
Total phone fee for 2 tickets fees = $7 + $3 for shipping and handling
-or-
SAVE $3 on shipping by opting to pick up tickets at will call.

3. Box Office Just $.25 cents per ticket.
These fees do not go to the Pops but are charged by our very reasonable Ticket Service company. They're good folks. All tickets ordered will be mailed with driving & parking information directly from the ticket service agency.

Group Discounts

Groups can save $2 per ticket on purchases of 15+ tickets to a single show. If you order online through Tix.com, the discount will be applied during the purchase process. Group discounts are not available for Season Subscriptions.
